Chapter one · Asa — morning

The counter wakes at nine.

A short, considered list — made one cup at a time. Prices in yen; a sample of the counter, ask in-store for today's offering.

Chapter two · Hiru — noon

Room to breathe.

Pertica began with a simple idea: that a city as full as Tokyo deserves its quiet margins. We took a narrow corner in Kodenma-chō and left space around everything — the counter, the seats, the morning.

Beans are roasted light to honour their origin, brewed one cup at a time. No rush, no noise. Just coffee, and a little whitespace to enjoy it in.
